ICMA supports the Thriving Communities Network at the national level by leveraging our networks of local governments to scale solutions nationally, supporting the Regional EJ TCTACs through peer learning, best practices, and technical assistance, and engaging key stakeholder groups through conferences, trainings, and more. This assistance is free of charge and made possible through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
